These terms cover use of this site and any tackle or gear ordered through it. Using the site means you accept them.
You're welcome to read, save and print these pages for your own use. Please don't copy them for resale or claim the content as your own work.
A request through the site is an enquiry, not a finished order. An order is confirmed once we've checked availability, agreed the price and delivery time in writing.
Stock levels vary with the season and what suppliers have available. If an item is out of stock or backordered, we'll let you know straight away rather than guess at a date.
Prices are confirmed before we dispatch anything, and payment in full is usually required at checkout. If an item is on backorder, we'll take a deposit and invoice the balance when stock arrives.
Colour, finish and size can vary slightly between batches of tackle—photographs can't always show that detail exactly. Those differences are natural, not a fault.
We pack each order carefully and dispatch once everything is checked and ready. If something arrives damaged, let us know within a few days and we'll repair or send a replacement.
Custom-made tackle or special orders cannot be returned unless faulty, since they were made to your specification.
All photographs, illustrations and text on this site are Playgrove's property. Contact us before sharing, and we're happy to grant permission in most cases.
We guarantee our tackle against defects in materials and workmanship. We cannot be responsible for damage from normal wear, rough handling or accidents.
