This page explains what we keep when you visit or contact us, why we keep it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
When you send a message or ask about tackle, we keep what you have typed: your name, your email address and the details of your inquiry.
The site also records ordinary technical information, such as the type of browser used and the pages opened, so we can tell what is slow or broken.
Chat messages and order inquiries are kept while we're corresponding and for a reasonable time after. Records tied to your purchase—invoice details, shipping info, tackle specs you've ordered—stay longer so we can look them up if needed.
We don't sell your details. They're shared only with the services that help us deliver your tackle and process your order, and only what they need.
Access is limited to staff who need it, and anything sent through this site travels over an encrypted connection.
You can ask to see what we hold about you, correct it, or ask for it to be removed. Write to us and we'll confirm once it's done.
This site uses a small number of cookies. Which ones, and how to turn them off, is explained separately.
Any changes here are posted with the date updated at the top of this page.
